The Crescent moon bear: Embracing

Aristotle said:"Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy.”

A Japanese story, with a bear as protagonist, will guide us in the exploration of one of the most misunderstood and repressed emotions: anger.

Do you fear your anger when you are in conflict with someone?

Have you ever been told to "forgive and forget', "let it go" and just "chill out" and "get over?

What would it be like to use the wisdom and power of anger in a constructive way in your life?

But, what if our rage is full of intelligence and just needs to be met and felt in order to get its wisdom for our lives?

During this part of the journey we will look at anger as an inner guide with the capacity to unlock our creative force and to enable insight for change and growth.

“In each moment the fire rages, it will burn away a hundred veils. And carry you a thousand steps toward your goal.”
