Through my life’s work and experience, I have come to realize how imprisoned women can become; our childhood experiences and cultural norms drive us to ‘clip our own wings’, make ourselves small, and - as a result - we end up with what seems to be a successful, yet soulless life.
All the strategies we develop over time in order to fit and succeed in our environment - what I call “good girl” behaviour - become the bars of the cage in which, unknowingly, we spend our days. From working endless hours, to trying to fulfill everyone's expectations, there are one thousand ways through which women lose the spark in their eyes and the connection with their creative force.
And although we may feel a sense of safety as we gaze out from our enclosures, this sense of security is a devastating trade-off that reinforces our lack of freedom. The freedom to find and use our voices, to connect with our instincts, to make radical choices, and to truthfully express and act from our cores.
Leave your
cage
It may look like a
golden cage, but the soul is starving.
Grow your
roots
Slow down and
rediscover the
wisdom in your body.
Discover your wings and fly
Do you want to
be perfect or
to be whole?
Reclaim your voice
Dare to soar, dare to shine, dare to sing
your song.

Have you ever dreamt in the night of a beautiful and spacious house?
I have often had these dreams, and I believe they are a reminder that it is time to leave the cage and own my right to a bigger place, to a bigger life.
What does it mean to live in a bigger place?
